Aware of the rising demand for group gatherings, discussions and seminars, Community Transport Glasgow is glad to introduce our brand new conference and meeting room hire service. Our customers can opt for:

  • Conference room hire: suitable for large scale conferences, AGM’s or one off events with the capacity of 40 to 50 attendees. The spaciousness of the purpose built room is perfect for highly formal and important events within your organisations calendar
  • Meeting room hire: appropriate for smaller scaled meetings or gatherings of up to 12 people. Community Transport Glasgow has a formal Board room and two more flexible dedicated meeting rooms which can be used on their own or as breakout rooms in conjunction with the conference room
